Three cheers for science with beer! Quench your thirst for astronomy and put some truly unique fun in Friday when Astronomy on Tap T.O. returns to The Great Hall for another starry-eyed evening of pints, cosmic news, mind-expanding talks, games, prizes and Dunlap Institute merchandise on sale.

This month’s line-up of Astronomy on Tap T.O. talks:

Find out why astronomers build observatories on isolated mountaintops, in the Australian outback, and in other unexpected spots—and discover what it’s like to work in such exotic and challenging locations.

Learn all about the Milky Way Galaxy’s Dark Twin—a galaxy that’s 99.99% dark matter—and hear about the fascinating telescope that found it.

Then, discover how Space Is A Time Machine and take an imaginary journey from the Earth to the beginning of time.
